I use this as part of my overall practice, my aim is solution focused and to improve the client’s well-being and mental health. Using a wealth of techniques and approaches by largely working within the subconscious it is possible to address and eliminate old patterns of ineffective behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions.
This results in a typically more fulfilling, happier, energised life with a greater ability to manage stress and stressful situations in a more emotionally balanced way. consequently improving your relationship with others and most importantly yourself.
